The Tribunal
Nothing publishes without a verdict. Four fixed judges attack every finding from their own lens, write their own opinion and cast their own verdict. The docket below is complete: the vote counts, every opinion — and the dissents.
The bench
One judge tests the evidence, one the method, one the cost realism and one the strongest counter-explanation. Each judge receives the full artifact and attacks it from their lens.
Publication requires at least three of four judges voting for it. A narrow majority is not enough — doubt counts against publication.
When no verdict reaches a strict majority, publication loses: the finding is sealed in the vault if eligible, otherwise rejected.
A judge who disagrees with the outcome gets that disagreement in print, next to the verdict. Visible disagreement is part of the product — not a defect in it.
